BUHÂRÎ’NİN EL-CÂMİU’S-SAHÎH’İNDE KİŞİLERİN MÜBHEM BIRAKILMA SEBEPLERİ / Reasons for Being Uncertain in al-Bukhari's al-Jami’ as-Sahih

Mübhematın bilinmesi, hadislerin anlaşılması ve yorumlanması sürecine önemli katkı sunmaktadır. Rivayetlerden nakiller yapılırken hem isnad hem de metinde bazen bazı kişilerin gerçek ismi zikredilmemiştir. Bu, bir ravi tasarrufu olabileceği gibi, bilgi eksikliğinden kaynaklanan bir sebepten de olabilmektedir. Cerh ve tadil âlimleri mübhem isimleri tespit etmek için önemli oranda gayret sarfetmişlerdir. Çok fazla olmasa da, bu alanda müktesebat oluşmuştur. Yapılan çalışmalar genellikle mübhem isimleri tespit yönündedir. Bu makalede ise, mübehmatın sebepleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Çünkü bazı rivayetlerin ilk söylenişinden itibaren mübhem kelimeler içerdiği görülmektedir. Sonraki dönemde meydana gelen mübhem anlatımlar için ravi tasarrufu olabileceği sonucuna varılabilirken, ilk dönemlerde meydana gelen mübhematta bilinçli bir hareketin olabileceği sonucuna varmak mümkündür. Çalışmamızda Buhari’nin el-Câmiu’s-Sahîh’inde “Kitabü’l-Hac” ve “Kitabü’l-Cihad” bölümleri çerçevesinde mübhematın sebepleri üzerinde bazı sonuçalara ulaşılmaktadır. Toplamda yirmi üç sebepten oluşan başlıklarda tespit ve değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Genel olarak bakıldığında, mübehematın bazı devlet/kamu işlerinde, Allah Rasûlünün ev ahalisiyle alakalı durumlarda ve duyulması kişilerin şahsiyetine olumsuz etki edebileceği konularda zikredildiği tespit edilmektedir.

Knowing mubhamat makes an essential contribution to the process of understanding and interpreting hadiths. Sometimes, the real names of some people were not mentioned in both the isnad and the text while quoting from the narrations. This may be a medical saver, or it may be due to a lack of information. Jarh and ta’dil scholars have made a significant effort to identify ambiguous names. Although not much, the acquis has been formed in this area. Studies are generally in the direction of detecting ambiguous terms. In this article, the reasons for the mubhamat are emphasized. Because it is seen that some narrations contain ambiguous words from the first utterance. While it can be concluded that there may be saved from the narrator for the ambiguous narratives that occurred in the later period, it is possible to conclude that there may be a conscious movement in the mubhamat that occurred in the early periods. In our study, some conclusions are reached on the causes of mubhamism within the framework of the “Kitab al-Hadj” and “Kitab al-Jihad” sections in al-Bukhari's al-Jami’ as-Sahih. In total, determinations and evaluations were made in the titles consisting of twenty-three reasons. In general, it is determined that mubhamat is mentioned in some state/public affairs, in situations related to the household of the Messenger and in matters that can negatively affect the personality of people to be heard.
