Öz

Mübhemat, anlam itibariyle bilinmezlikleri barındıran bir konudur. Tespit ve anlam odaklı çalışmalarda ortaya çıkarılması gereken yönlerdendir. Özellikle dini metinlerden Kuran ve hadiste mübhem yönleri bilmek önem arz etmektedir.  Şarinin maksadını anlamada olmazsa olmazıdır. Hadislerde mübhem noktaların oluşması ya Allah Rasulünün anlatım şekliyle ya da ravilerin tasarruflarıyla meydana geldiği tespit edilmektedir. Asrısaadetten sonra yaşayan Müslümanlar için okudukları metni anlamak yegâne hareket noktasıdır. Her bir şerh müellifinin konuya dair her türlü bilgiye ulaşmasını beklemek insani özelliklere aykırı bir durumdur. Mübhemata dair farklı âlimlerin tespit ve değerlendirmelerini birleştirmek ve düzenli bir halde sunumunu yapmak konuyu anlamaya yardımcı olacaktır. Dolayısıyla hadislerde mübhemat konusuna bütüncül bir bakışla meselenin uygulama noktasındaki yönlerini tespit etmek gerekir. Biz de bu noktada, toplu olarak daha önce mezkûr konuda çalışma yapılmadığı için, hadislerde mübhemat konusunu kavramsal çerçeve ve delalet ettiği yönler itibariyle inceledik. Makale çerçevesinde verdiğimiz örnekleri, üzerinde daha fazla şerh çalışması yapılan Buhari ve Müslim’in el-Camiü’s-Sahih’lerinden verdik.

Mubhamat is a subject that contains unknowns in terms of meaning. It is one of the aspects that should be revealed in detection and meaning-oriented studies. It is especially important to know the ambiguous aspects of the Qur'an and hadith from religious texts. It is indispensable in understanding the purpose of the Shari'. It is determined that the formation of ambiguous points in the hadiths occurs either by the narration of Allah's Apostle or by the savings of the ravis. It is contrary to human characteristics to expect each commentary author to reach all kinds of information on the subject. Combining the findings and evaluations of different scholars on the subject and presenting them in an orderly manner will help to understand the subject. Therefore, in the hadiths, it is necessary to determine the aspects of the issue at the point of application with a holistic view of the subject of mubhamat. At this point, since no studies have been done on the subject of the aforementioned issue collectively, we have examined the subject of mubhamat in the hadiths in terms of the conceptual framework and the aspects it indicates. We have given the examples we have given within the framework of the article from al-Jami' al-Sahihs of Bukhari and Muslim, on which further commentary studies have been carried out.
